Pre-Purchase Process

Follow these steps before auction day to set your bid plan and secure support.

    Search Copart USA, Copart Canada, IAAI, Impact, Manheim and America's Auto Auction listings with filters that match your budget and location.

    • Shortlist lots or VINs
    • Review photos, damage, and notes

  2. Send lot details for review

    Share the lot number with our team so we can confirm fees, shipping options, and timing.

    • Receive a cost estimate
    • Get a recommended bid range

  3. Confirm your max bid

    Set your maximum bid and submit the required deposit before auction day.

    • Agree on bidding strategy
    • Complete deposit or paperwork

  4. Live bidding support

    We bid on your behalf and keep you updated during the live auction.

    • Real-time updates
    • Immediate confirmation if you win

Post-Purchase Schedule

After you win, these are the typical stages from payment to delivery.

  4. Vehicle pickup scheduled

    Day 2-5

    Transporter collects the vehicle and moves it to the export yard.

  5. Export documents prepared

    Week 1

    Title paperwork, bill of sale, and export declaration are prepared.

  6. Ocean freight booked

  7. Vehicle loaded and departed
